The following changes have been made to the Underwriting Library:

  • Volume I: Endorsement Manual / Endorsements / ALTA Endorsements - the boilerplate paragraph for all ALTA Endorsement Forms has been modified.

  • Volume I: Endorsement Manual / Issuing Guidelines / ALTA Guidelines - the Issuing Guidelines for ALTA Endorsement Forms 20 and 21 have been added.

  • Volume I: Endorsement Manual / State Specific Endorsements / New Jersey - the following NJ Endorsement Forms have been added: 14, 14.1, 14.2, 15, 15.1, 15.2, 16, 17, 18, 18.1, 19, 19.1.

  • Volume II: Title Insurance Forms / State Specific Forms / Pennsylvania - the following PA Forms have been updated: Indemnity Agreement, Pennsylvania Manual of Rates and Forms, Owner's Affidavit, Realty Transfer Tax Deviations from 1%, Common Level Ratio Factors

  • Volume VIII: International Operations - the Approved Countries List has been updated.

  • Volume VIII: International Operations / Australia / Policies - the VNSW 0804 - Home Owners GOLD Insurance Policy (New South Wales) has been added.
